| Bio | Richard is a Washington D.C. based playwright and screenwriter. He has completed nineteen screenplays and five full-length stage plays since graduating from Florida State University?s Creative Writing Program. His one-act stage play "Force Majeure" will be produced by InViolet Repertory Theatre in New York City in 2008. His screenplay "God is Dead" was produced as a feature film in 2007 by Mavin Productions in Atlanta, GA. His screenplay "Beauty and Sadness" was a Nicholl Fellowship Quarterfinalist in 2004. In 1996, he wrote and directed a 16mm feature film called "The Unreliable Narrator", which won best narrative feature at the Philadelphia First Glance Film Festival. |
